Here at Safe N Sound, we strive to serve healthy meals that not only meet federal and state standards, but also Eat Smart standards. Our meals are made daily in house by our wonderful kitchen staff. Each one of our classrooms eat breakfast, lunch, and snack in the classroom. They teach the kids to serve themself with family serving style.

We have 4 menus that rotate weekly and are updated each season to provide new meals for our students. 

Hi, my name is Lauren and I'm from Meridian Mississippi. I was a cook at Cox South for 3 ears. In my free time I like to do crafts, play video games, and hang out with my corgi, Emma. I'm a huge nerd that likes watching all the newest sci-fi shows. I'm so excited to start cooking fun and tasty meals for your kiddos!
